Services Provided

Pre Design Stage

  1. Estimation of Pump electrical load, Water balance calculation etc. based on internal layout & other design inputs.
  2. Preparation of Design Basis Reports suggesting Feasible Schemes, Estimated Cost and Relative Merits.
  3. Finalization of Equipment Location & Utility Requirements for the agreed scheme.

Design Stage

Tendering Stage

  1. Preparing Tender Drawings
  2. Preparation of Tender Documents including Detailed Bill of Quantities, Specifications etc. & Invitation of quotations.
  3. Negotiation based on Commercial and Technical Parameters.

Execution Stage

  1. Preparing GFC (Good for the Construction) drawings.
  2. Approval on contractor’s working drawings & designs.
  3. Overall co-ordination with other agency’s works.
  4. Carrying out the Quality inspection on the site, and preparing the reports.
  5. Testing the system as a whole to verify achievement of various parameters like inside conditions, Power consumption, Capacity etc.
  6. Checking the Work, Certification of Bills of the Contracting Agencies.

Post Execution Stage

  1. Authentication of As- Built Drawings
  2. Verification of Handing Over Documentation
